Nancy Pelosi, the rest of the Democrats and the mainstream media have tried to lay the blame for the current financial meltdown at the feet of the Republicans.  We’re told that the GOP’s opposition to regulation sowed the seeds of this crisis.  Yet, this video clearly demonstrates that the Republicans tried in 2004 to reform Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac but were blocked by Democrats who demonized their efforts. 

We can certainly argue about whether or not regulation would have been beneficial in this case, but there is something that is unarguable.

The Democrats are lying. 

They, and no one else, blocked reform of these government sponsored enterprises.  Watch the video and learn the truth.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you – Mr. Duke. One can only pray that news media outlets loop this video over and over again. But I don’t dare hold my breath; the November finish line too near.
    There’s another video out by the same production company titled, “Fannie Mae CEO calling Obama and Dems family.” – sucking up to the Congressional Black Caucus.
    It’s sickening to see reality tv of our corrupt government – vote them all off the island!
