Sometimes the apple does fall far from the tree, and sometimes that's a
good thing. You may not know the name Rebecca Walker, but she is a
woman who learned, in a very harsh way, the often stark difference
between theory and fact. She is the daughter of The Color Purple
author Alice Walker, a militant feminist who, in deference to her
belief that children enslave women, treated Rebecca as a burdensome
cross.

Mr. Duke: You are unbelievably intelligent and a breath of fresh air. I’ve read your last dozen or so articles, and I truly believe you’re our modern-day C. S. Lewis. One can see lights shining through your words as they illuminate the truth and destroy the misconceptions and lies. You are indeed being helped along a spiritual path that only you could travel and only you could describe so well. Your brilliance is awesome. I bet Mr. Lewis would’ve been pleased to see that there’s at least a dozen or so people left in the world who are committed to thinking outside the box by using reason and logic to expose the evil that exists today. Ayn Rand would be proud, too.

sondra, Duke is pretty unique. But I guess we all are – that’s why we’re here and not at Moveon.commie.

John. Yes, we’re all unique in some way or another or like the song says … “everybody’s beautiful in their own way….” but Mr. Duke has a very special gift of putting his ideas and thoughts on paper. Have you ever watched the movie “Amadeus”? F. Murray Abraham portrays Salieri — a mediocre musician who laments the day he ever wanted to write and play music when he’s faced with competition from young Mozart. Salieri says Mozart was given his talent by God, and that God overlooked him (Salieri)who wanted to serve God by his music. Anyway, my point is that there are those who have gifts that exceed mere human capabilities — some of these gifts are God-given. Selwyn has that extraordinary mind that can literally see things others can’t and on top of that he’s able to put them into words. I can only absorb Selwyn’s words. For me to explain them to someone else would be impossible. Moveon.org is a foreign country to me, a foreign language. I’m happily isolated from that kind of garbage by not going to those kind of web sites and not owning or watching a TV.
Keep us fed, Mr. Duke. We’re hungry for the truth!
