Hillary Clinton appeared on various Sunday news shows recently and displayed truly bizarre behavior.
At various times during the interviews, she broke out into gratuitous laughter, cackling at
completely inappropriate moments. Jon Stewart of the Daily Show put together a compilation of these bizarre clips which can be found here. Of course, he pokes fun the situation, but his presentation does offer an accurate picture of Clinton’s strangeness.
A friend of mine made an excellent point about this, mentioning that the presidential aspirant just may be on anti-depressant medication. It seems like a good possibility for a couple of reasons. First, if you understand human nature and the spiritual bankruptcy of leftists, you’ll know why they have a propensity to become depressed. Then, there is simply the fact that about 10 percent of American women are on happy pills, and I’d wager that this figure is even higher among high-status women.
But there is another factor. I’ve heard that Hillary Clinton’s nickname in high school was the "Ice Maiden"; this isn’t surprising, since she has a personality that could freeze gasoline. So, I can almost guarantee you her handlers told her that she needs to loosen up . . . or at least appear to have loosened up.
Now, smiling was obviously never something she did naturally, and when she attempted it, it always looked forced. At one time my perception was that her mouth would smile but her eyes wouldn’t (the eyes are the window to the soul); then, in an obvious effort to appear more genuine, she’d bulge out her eyes when smiling, which looked even worse. (If you don’t believe me, examine old footage of her.) Thus, her advisers might have said something like this:
"OK, what you need to do is smile and laugh more, and it has to look genuine. Your whole face has to light up; you need to cultivate a joyful countenance."
Don’t be surprised if she actually practiced smiling and laughing. If this sounds unbelievable, remember that her husband once had a Hollywood crew assemble the set for one of his appearances while in office. Believe me, nowadays phony politicians will cross every "t" and dot every "i."
In reality, I think it’s possible that both anti-depressant use and behavior-coaching explain her strange behavior. Regardless, I think we have a right to know whether or not an individual who may be our next president is using mind-altering drugs.
Anyway, with the cosmetic surgery Hillary Clinton has had, we now know one thing for sure. She now has a plastic face, plastic smile and plastic laughter to match her plastic personality.
