Thus far, the Euphemism of Campaign 2008  title may just belong to Barack Obama.  Commenting on Bill Clinton’s attacks on his candidacy, he said,

"You know the former president, who I think all of us have a lot of
regard for, has taken his advocacy on behalf of his wife to a level
that I think is pretty troubling.  "He continues to make
statements that are not supported by the facts."

Clinton makes statements that "aren’t supported by the facts . . . ."

Well, yes, that is one way you could put it.

Obama continued,

"This has become a habit, and one of the things that we’re going to have
to do is to directly confront Bill Clinton when he’s making statements
that are not factually accurate."

You have to think this is part of a strategy, in that Obama is trying to remind people of the Clintons’, uh . . . here’s another euphemism for you, credibility problem.  And who can blame him?  It’s one of the only legitimate points he can make.

Please. If you all are referring to his “misdeeds” with his intern, you all are sadly mistaken. No one is going to readily admit to cheating, and the first thing that anyone does, especially men, is to deny it until the end. Once he was caught, he admitted his wrongdoing, and, if Hillary did, everyone else was supposed to had moved on. After all, that was her spouse. And no matter how you all spin it, his sexual liasons with whomever didn’t stop him from balancing the budget, didn’t involve us in a ridiculous war, corrupt our standing with the rest of the world, and all of the other series of unfortunate events that have taken place with this current administration. So Obama can join the ranks of all of you who want to discredit Bill Clinton, the fact remains that he did his job, and did it very well. Can’t say that about this President!

    Democrat,
Clinton did not do a good job. He was a benificiary of a phoney economy (thank the dot coms) and a peace dividend sponsored by Ronold Regan. He may have got a good “job” while in the oval office but as far as I can tell he did not do one.
