If anyone needs more evidence as to how we live in a topsy-turvy age
of moral turpitude, two recent news stories provide it. One is out of
the Marple Newtown School District in suburban Philadelphia, where a
school decreed that a Bible couldn’t be read during show-and-tell.
Then, across the country in Alameda, California, there is a mandatory
new curriculum that draws an equivalency between normal marriage and
the faux variety.
Now, I could mention how Scripture told us there would come a time
when good would be called bad and bad would be called good, but then
this piece would be rendered inappropriate for school reading.
