   The over-arching tragedy in both the Marple Newton and Alameda cases is quite simple:
   Silence God, and even more specifically, His Christ.
   To support this statement and to prove my point I call our attention the First Epistle of Paul to the Corinthians, chapter 2, verses 7 and 8:
   “But we (Paul and Sosthenes) speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:
   Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory.”
   Read that again.
   We hear much bellyaching regarding God and Christ in the public square. The intent of those on the left is to bully us into becoming laodicean; meaning to cause us to be indifferent to religion and politics. Now go back and read that Scripture again.
   We hear too little, almost nothing in fact, about Satan. Satan is real, he is alive and active and he has an agenda: to deny you the power that is available to you through the death and resurrection of Christ Jesus. Just for farts and giggles, read the quoted scripture again. Do you get it?
   Satan and his princes would NOT have crucified our Lord had they known the power of this accomplishment. This power is not merely the potential for eternal life but the power to invoke the name of Jesus Christ in the present. In Paul’s Epistle to the Ephesians, it is the name above all others; above every name that is named. You may use this name to repel acts of Satan TODAY.
   Please stick with me for a moment.
   In the early 1970’s, I believe that it was 1972, two movies came out that were blockbusters. One was The Exorcist. This movie provoked conversation and thought regarding Satan, his power and his nefarious purpose. For a short while, a majority of people were reminded that mankind had an enemy (more on this later).
   The other blockbuster movie of that year more accurately portrayed Satan and his methods. That movie? The Sting. Yes, that’s right. Two handsome gents (portrayed brilliantly by Paul Newman and Robert Redford), slick as can be that conned even the conners.
   If Satan approached us in an all-black, pea-soup puking demeanor, we would recognize him and avoid him instantly. Instead, he approaches us through the veneer of good intentions and deceives us into the idolatry of loving and worshipping ourselves and thus transgressing the first and great commandment. This is why modern liberalism is so disordered. So-called liberals feeeeeel good about “helping” the down-trodden “victims” of modern society. Instead, they are doing the work of Satan by promoting Marxist ideology and their works actually lead to greater suffering to those that they intend to “help”. They are doing Satan’s work and free of charge (except for the obscene sums that they siphon out of state and federal treasuries).
   In his ministry here on earth, Jesus of Nazareth declared, “I am the way, the truth and the life; no man cometh to the Father but by me,”. What a radical statement! Now if you are Satan, the arch enemy of God and of His Christ; would you not pull out all of the stops to prevent mortal human beings from knowing this?
   Read that Scritpure again.

   Home Schooling is a great idea! It’s not bad enough that kids today, sitting in their parent’s basements can’t relate to each other like normal human beings. And spend hours texting and twittering and sending each other nude pictures of themselves on their spaceman-telephones. Definitely, we should home school them! So that little Brittany and Skyler can have absolutely no contact with the outside world and come to believe that the Bible is not a work of fiction. Sure, we can have ‘em dress in little pioneer outfits, keep ‘em away from TV, the radio, WWF, cage-fighting, porn and all the other benchmarks of modern America. And then have them sitting at the kitchen table all day long studying the 3R’s, until young Skyler starts wearing Brittany’s under pants and has visions of Yahweh under his blankets at night. Yes sir! Home schooling is the way to go, if you want to create a generation of pinheads whose biggest accomplishment in adult life will be claiming to have been toilet trained. Even the towel-heads don’t do that to their kids. Which gives you some idea about the mindset set of parents who would put their offspring in Home Special Management Units throughout their formative years.
