We’ve seen the weaponization of childhood, with 2018’s Greta Thunberg and other minors being used to advance political agendas. We’ve seen the weaponization of anti-motherhood, with feminists’ impugning of feminine domesticity and the reaction to the leaked Supreme Court Roe v. Wade draft opinion.

And some may find it ironic that a media outlet that’s party to both these phenomena is now complaining of a weaponization it alleges is occurring — of motherhood.

The “Democrat establishment has been doing an end run around the First Amendment, using Big Tech as a proxy to stifle dissenting views.” This sentiment, which I expressed last year and on other occasions, is now the basis of a lawsuit filed against Joe Biden and other administration officials by two states’ attorneys general.

If you really want to destroy something, you pull it up by its roots. This explains why today’s cultural revolutionaries attack what is foundational to the West, such as the Founding Fathers; Christianity; and, as author and commentator Douglas Murray mentioned recently, even ancient Greek philosopher Aristotle. Yet while “dead white males” are the focus of this civilization-rending ire, there is one long-gone white man who gets a pass, even though he was a “racist” who used the “n-word” and defended black slavery in America.

That man was Karl Marx.

It has been odd and alarming watching the powers-that-be relentlessly escalate the proxy war our government is waging against Russia. It’s not just that we’re sending billions of dollars of weapons into Ukraine, are calling Vladimir Putin a war criminal and issuing other fightin’ words, are training Ukrainian troops and are trying to effect Moscow’s economic destruction. It’s also, senior American officials have now revealed, that via intelligence aid the U.S. has helped to:

• kill Moscow’s generals;
• down a plane carrying Russian soldiers; and
• sink one of Putin’s warships.

The kicker: By revealing this publicly — perhaps as strikingly inappropriate as leaking a Supreme Court draft opinion — Biden administration officials appear to be bragging about these “exploits” and rubbing the Russians’ noses in them. If you wanted to provoke a hot war, this is exactly how you’d do it.

Called “the most powerful social media executive you’ve never heard of” by Politico, she banned a president and then helped elect a new one. She also, while supposedly serving as an “unbiased” censor, donated thousands of dollars to Democrats. In this she certainly was no anomaly at her workplace, Twitter, where 98.7 percent of recent employee political donations have gone to Democrats. But here’s what does separate India-born attorney Vijaya Gadde from her fellows:

The dual citizen makes $17 million dollars a year — censoring the citizens of her adopted country and manipulating their politics. Welcome to the Big Tech oligarchy, globalist style.

The alarm has been sounded.

Because the Biden administration is “not doing well,” it’s trying to “silence” its critics,” warned intrepid Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. Fox News commentator Tucker Carlson opined likewise, saying that Biden knows he “cannot continue to control this country if you have free access to information.” Missouri attorney general Eric Schmitt called the administration’s actions “Orwellian” and stated that they should “shock the very core of the American belief system.” The issue?

In the wake of billionaire Elon Musk’s buying of censorial, Big Brother-enabling Twitter and vowing to transform it into a free speech platform, the Empire Strikes Back:

Biden’s federal government has created a “Disinformation Governance Board” (DGB); this entity is designed to monitor Americans’ speech for “lies,” which, critics fear, will simply mean anything the government disagrees with.
