• Unvaxxed Could Say: We’re All Novak Djokovic Now

Big Man Stepping on Small ManBy Selwyn Duke

“What mighty contests rise from trivial things,” wrote Alexander Pope. This might come to mind when pondering the Novak Djokovic situation. The Serbian-born Djokovic’s racket is sport, after all, which isn’t exactly as meaningful as eliminating disease. And the current controversy surrounding him is over his refusal to receive a COVID “vaccination,” which should be a scientifically trivial matter because it doesn’t prevent disease. Yet the world’s best tennis player’s well-publicized conflict with the Australian government has taken on truly great proportions, becoming symbolic of a great lie, great persecution, and great resistance of our time.

For if a wealthy and famous athlete such as Djokovic (pronounced joke-uh-vich) can’t participate in a tennis tournament for lack of the needle, what does this bode for the little guy’s prospects for resisting medical tyranny?

Down Under for the upcoming Australian open, Djokovic is still in limbo after a Monday court victory that freed the perfectly healthy man from a coronavirus quarantine, as there’s now a claim that he might have given immigration officials false travel information. This is apparently unacceptable to COVID Ritualist governments — which wouldn’t know anything about peddling false information.

  • “I Know for a FACT HCQ and Ivermectin Work to Treat COVID!”

    Lab BeakersBy Selwyn Duke

Forget the “novel virus.” The quest for “novel” COVID drugs and the profits they bring have been the real problem all along. So said Dr. Pierre Kory, the Wisconsin intensive care physician and lung specialist who reportedly treated hundreds of congressmen for coronavirus with a medication that’s apparently not good enough (or too good?) for the rest of us: ivermectin.

Kory made his comments this past weekend on Maria Bartiromo’s show Sunday Morning Futures, on which he appeared with Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wis.). After he remarked on how a medical establishment corrupted by money has denied Americans simple, inexpensive, life-saving medical care, host Bartiromo exclaimed, “That is disgusting! I know for a fact that hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin work to treat COVID!”

To this, Kory nodded in obvious agreement.

  • Big Brother Back-seat Driver: New Law Mandates KILL SWITCHES in All New Cars

    Police CruiserBy Selwyn Duke

We “have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it,” infamously said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) about ObamaCare in 2010. In reality, having the public not know what’s in a bill until it’s too late is standard procedure. A prime example is reportedly in the recently passed $1.2 trillion, 2,700-page (as long as almost 10 average books) infrastructure bill: a requirement that “kill switches” be put in all new cars.

Many Americans actually support this idea. They find appealing the prospect of being able to shut down a dangerous, fleeing criminal’s car before he possibly kills innocents. And this is a good. Yet a government that can at a button’s touch save can also thus savage.

What’s more, even if you trust the state, do you trust the technology?

  • COVID Vax Co-creator: “We Can’t Vaccinate the Planet Every Four to Six Months”

    Bad DoctorBy Selwyn Duke

Professor Andrew Pollard can’t exactly be classified as an “anti-vaxxer.” In fact, Pollard, director of the Oxford Vaccine Group and head of the UK’s Committee on Vaccination and Immunization, helped create the Oxford-AstraZeneca Covid-19 vaccine. Nonetheless, he has a message that may bust the booster boosters’ balloon:

“We can’t vaccinate the planet every four to six months,” he said. “It’s not sustainable or affordable.”

Making his comments in a recent interview with The Telegraph, Pollard also struck a blow against media and public figures who incessantly emphasize positive coronavirus cases. Stating that trying to stop all infections was pointless, he said that “at some point, society has to open up.”

  • SCOTUS Justices’ COVID Ignorance Illustrates Why They Should Stay in Their Lane

    Judge pounding GavelBy Selwyn Duke

Aside from labeling herself “an affirmative action baby,” Supreme Court Justice Sonya Sotomayor once called herself a “wise Latina.” Given this, apropos here is a line from ancient Chinese sage Confucius:

“Wisdom is, when you know something, knowing that you know it; and when you do not know something, knowing that you do not know it.”

Sotomayor certainly failed this test during oral arguments on Friday over the Biden Administration’s COVID-19 “vaccine” mandates, making outlandishly incorrect claims that have brought her mockery. “We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators,” she stated matter-of-factly. “We have over 100,000 children, which we've never had before, in serious condition, many on ventilators.”

Both assertions are so distant from reality that one could wonder where the judge gets her information; even limiting yourself to just New York Times perusal shouldn’t yield such profound ignorance.

  • NY Times Editorial Translation: “Every Day Is Hunt Down Conservatives Day Now”

    Man in CrosshairsBy Selwyn Duke

Though known as our “paper of record,” The New York Times is actually the paper of a broken record with how it reflexively repeats left-wing talking points. The latest example is the Gray Lady’s recent publishing of an unsigned editorial entitled “Every Day Is Jan. 6 Now.” And since Ashli Babbitt Day is being used by the Left Reichstag-fire style to justify repression of political opponents, one observer notes that this really means, "Every Day Is Hunt Down Conservatives Day Now."

  • Road to Tyranny Is Paved With Continued Immigration-caused Population Growth

    Busy StreetBy Selwyn Duke

“When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe,” warned Thomas Jefferson more than two centuries ago. Anyone taking this seriously will find troubling that certain prominent Americans, such as commentator Glenn Beck, have supported the expansion of the U.S.’s population to one billion people via continued immigration. And one person who is taking this very seriously is Fox News host Tucker Carlson.

On Tuesday night, Carlson opened his show pointing out that our biggest problems generally get the least attention and are thus allowed to fester. And here’s a big one: With the United States’s fertility rate below replacement level (2.1 children per woman) at 1.781, native-born Americans’ numbers are shrinking. Yet our population continues growing for one — and only one — reason: (im)migration.

What’s more, with immigrationists holding political and cultural sway, there’s impetus not to halt or reduce our human imports, but increase them.

  • Djokovic Canceled Down Under? Tennis’ No. 1 Has Aussie Open Vax Exemption Revoked After Outcry

    Banana RepublicBy Selwyn Duke

There’s love in tennis, but not for the game’s number one player, Novak Djokovic — at least not in Australia right now. The 34-year-old 20-time major tournament winner had been granted a “vaccine” exemption to play in the Australian Open this month and had already arrived in Victoria to prepare. But his exemption was pulled after a public outcry and, the official explanation holds, because an issue was found with his visa. So instead of practicing, the Serbian-born star found himself in isolation, guarded by police.

  • COVID-1984 Authoritarianism: A Test Run for Greater Tyranny?

Big Man Stepping on Small ManBy Selwyn Duke

One thing about precedents is that, well, they precede. Thus have many have been concerned that the new-found power politicians wield via COVID-19 restrictions will not be relinquished. And now an academic-authored article calling for climate authoritarianism has given people another reason to worry.
