There are certain things a politician just might not reveal before an election, and New Jersey governor Phil Murphy is no exception. We know this because, with the Democrat’s chance at reelection coming up next Tuesday, his advisors were just caught on hidden video admitting that he will force state residents to be vaccinated after he’s reelected. But he can’t be honest about it yet because, one underling said, “right now it is about him winning.”

As portrayed in the quite authentic 2003 film Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World, it really was common for 18th and 19th-century naval vessels to have children serving aboard. In fact, one of the youngest midshipmen (equivalent to a petty officer) in American naval history was nine-year-old David Farragut, who at 12 became a prize master. As also portrayed in the film, these boys absolutely were on the firing line and could be hurt or even killed. What wasn’t depicted, because it would have rightly been viewed as ridiculous and never happened, was the adult officers screaming at an enemy, “Why are you firing at us!? There are kids on this vessel!”
Yet this is precisely what happens with the children stationed on the political firing line today. A youngster is put forth (usually by leftists) as a representative of some cause, and ostensibly is an independent little ideological warrior. But his handlers are actually using him as a human shield, hoping to forestall the agenda opposition an adult espousing the same ideas would encounter. They’ll say to critics, “How dare you attack a child!” — after they’ve facilitated the child’s political attack.
Thus was it unusual to see Australia’s Sky News take teen climate scold Greta Thunberg, and other fellow-traveler youth, to task for being hypocritical and ignorant.

Texas just endured a brutal winter last season in which its partial reliance on wobbly wind power led to the deaths of at least 111 people, mostly from hypothermia. Now the United Nations, whose officials seem to have endless energy to run their mouths, is pressuring the Lone Star State to further scrap fossil fuels — based on “global warming” concerns. In response, Governor Greg Abbott returned the favor and issued a recommendation for the UN.
“Pound Sand,” he said.
The kicker is that all this is for Texas’s own good, swears the UN.

It has been mentioned that one reason the establishment may want everyone “vaccinated” is to eliminate a “control group” whose better COVID-19 outcomes would refute the vaccination narrative. But with close to 100-percent vax rates in certain places, officials have a different problem:
Whom do you blame for coronavirus spikes once everyone has been jabbed?
After all, “Scapegoats are a necessity for tyrants because somebody has to take the blame for their failures,” commentator Thomas Lifson astutely notes. (This partially explains the demonization of white people, but they can’t easily be blamed for SARS-CoV-2 spread because their vax rates are higher than those of blacks and Hispanics, at least in the United States.)
So far, the “unvaccinated” — I use this term reservedly, as the shots really are genetic-therapy agents, GTAs — have taken it on the chin. For example, Joe Biden, obediently repeating his handlers’ instructions, echoed the establishment line at a CNN town hall last week in saying the unvaxxed were killing the vaxxed.
Then there was New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern happily admitting recently that she has turned the un-jabbed into second-class citizens (13-second video below).

“Rule No. 1: Don’t Challenge Trans Orthodoxy.” So read the chyron on the screen Thursday evening, when Fox News host Tucker Carlson pointed out that it used to be “a feature of high school biology class that biological sex is biologically real.”
“But now, that’s hate speech,” he lamented, as being imposed upon America is a “lunatic new orthodoxy,” as the host put it.
The question being asked was: Why is the Made-up Sexual Status (MUSS or “transgender”) community — a minuscule percentage of the country — running everything?

“Must We All Be Always Tolerant?” asks commentator Hugh Fitzgerald. Writing at Jihad Watch, what inspired his question was the reaction of British lawmaker David Amess’s family to his October 15 murder.
Amess, 69, was stabbed 17 times by a Somali Muslim while meeting with constituents in a Methodist church in Leigh-on-Sea in southern England, in what authorities consider a terrorist incident. In response to this, Amess’s family said in a statement released via London police, “Whatever one’s race, religious or political beliefs, be tolerant and try to understand,” reports Reuters.

It’s not exactly The Day the Earth Stood Still, but the idea is similar: Humans are so irredeemably warlike that extraterrestrials, or some superior force, has taken measures to forestall our destructiveness. In fact, stated a U.S. Air Force captain who was once in charge of 10 nuclear missiles that he says were rendered inoperable by UFOs, “he believes they were delivering a message to humanity.”
This isn’t a story everyone is comfortable talking about. But such reports and UFO phenomena in general have gotten increasing press as of late.

Hartz in the case of VDARE Found. v. City of Colorado Springs, addressing how in 2017 a resort canceled a VDARE event it had booked — after its city, loosely speaking and in the mafia sense, made it an offer it couldn’t refuse.
