It’s not exactly The Day the Earth Stood Still, but the idea is similar: Humans are so irredeemably warlike that extraterrestrials, or some superior force, has taken measures to forestall our destructiveness. In fact, stated a U.S. Air Force captain who was once in charge of 10 nuclear missiles that he says were rendered inoperable by UFOs, “he believes they were delivering a message to humanity.”

This isn’t a story everyone is comfortable talking about. But such reports and UFO phenomena in general have gotten increasing press as of late.

Hartz in the case of VDARE Found. v. City of Colorado Springs, addressing how in 2017 a resort canceled a VDARE event it had booked — after its city, loosely speaking and in the mafia sense, made it an offer it couldn’t refuse.

We’ve heard the warning from a Venezuelan actress. We’ve heard it from Cuban émigrés. And now we’re hearing it from a Virginia mother who lived under mass-murderer Mao Tse-tung’s Marxist despotism:

The United States is following a well-worn path to tyranny.

“When I was in China, I spent my entire school years in the Chinese Cultural Revolution, so I’m very, very familiar with the communist tactics of how to divide people, how they canceled the Chinese traditional culture and destroyed our heritage,” Xi Van Fleet told Fox News.

“All this is happening here in America,” she then stated.

“We have no idea how they did this.” It’s not comforting that the preceding was uttered by a United States source in reference to an alleged new Chinese weapon: a hypersonic missile. But Beijing now claims it didn’t develop anything unusual, stating that what we detected circling the Earth this summer was a spacecraft.

In other words, our powers-that-be were caught flat-footed, mistook a spacecraft for a missile, or were for some reason lying.

If “a person is ever charged with counterfeiting, he should tell the judge he was engaging in monetary policy,” quipped the late economist Walter E. Williams. This comes to mind when pondering the 21st-century government habit called “quantitative easing.” Most Americans have probably heard this term, but may not know that it amounts to weasel words. It’s a euphemism — something you say when you don’t want to say what you really mean — sort of like using “pleasingly plump” instead of “fat.”

As for quantitative easing (QE), it actually means creating money backed by nothing; it’s legalized counterfeiting.

If you want to know why consumer prices rose at their fastest rate since 2008, 5.4 percent year over year in September, realize it’s no mystery. Some will blame greater demand due to Americans returning to “post-pandemic life” and labor shortages, and these may be immediate factors. But the big picture — and it is the big picture because it has become status quo — is that our government can create dollars at will.

More than a century ago, philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche wrote about the coming Übermensch, or superior man, and the “death” of God. Now Silicon Valley a-theologians predict the Singularity, the point at which artificial intelligence (AI) surpasses human intellect. Not only is this development less than a decade away, they say, but what they outline sounds like a science-fiction movie plot:

By 2029, artificial intelligence (AI) surpasses human intellect. Twenty years later, ultra-intelligent machines become a billion-fold smarter than even the cleverest among us, making the man-AI intellectual chasm like that between a fly and Einstein. That this will happen there is no doubt (barring the end of the world or the onset of some profoundly dark age), but, well, this is where it gets sticky. Does AI become an almost omnipotent, practically omniscient servant in the hands of oh-so flawed man?

Or does it somehow achieve self-awareness and, perhaps, become master?

In point of fact, one ex-Google executive “likens this digital creature to an ‘alien being, endowed with superpowers,’ which has already arrived on Earth in larval form"….

“Whoever leads in artificial intelligence in 2030 will rule the world until 2100.” So wrote the Brookings Institute in January 2020, echoing the warnings of so many. Thus should we be more than alarmed that the Pentagon's former software chief — who just resigned in protest over our military’s stunted technological development — has said that cyber defenses in parts of our government are at “kindergarten level.”

Nicolas Chaillan, who left the Department of Defense earlier this month, said he departed “because he could not stand to watch China overtake America,” writes the Financial Times (FT).

“In his first interview since leaving…Chaillan told the Financial Times that the failure of the US to respond to Chinese cyber and other threats was putting his children’s future at risk,” the paper continues.

 “‘We have no competing fighting chance against China in 15 to 20 years. Right now, it’s already a done deal; it is already over in my opinion,’ he said, adding there was ‘good reason to be angry,’” the FT also related.

It’s clear that, like a medical mafia, the government wants to make the offer of COVID-19 “vaccines” an offer you can’t refuse. We’ve already seen thousands of Americans lose their jobs over “vaccine” mandates, an FDA employee caught on video recommending COVID-19 shots be administered involuntarily via blow darts, and Joe Biden et al. trying to turn the unvaccinated into today’s lepers.

Of course, you likely will want to avoid this overt coercion. But not in a way some fear could become reality: self-disseminating vaccines released into nature.
