• “Marxist” BLM Cofounder’s $3 Million-plus Real Estate Binge Includes Home in WHITE Neighborhood

    Communist FlagBy Selwyn Duke

It seems that socialism is as profitable as ever — at least for those preaching it most loudly. There was Senator Bernie Sanders, for example, who owns three homes worth at a minimum the better part of $2 million. But the avowed Vermont socialist may seem like a piker compared to Black Lives Matter co-founder and self-proclaimed “trained Marxist” Patrisse Cullors.

  • Gates of Hell? Bill Gates Supports Research Into DIMMING the Sun to Combat “Global Warming”

    Ice AgeBy Selwyn Duke

While wealth can breed big egos, Bill Gates apparently doesn’t yet believe he can just wave his hand and make the sun go dark. So instead, the world’s fourth-richest man is using part of his $124 billion fortune to support research designed to “dim the sun” — all as part of a plan to combat “global warming.”

“Dim sun” may sound like a Chinese dish. But it actually describes serious Harvard University research involving the idea of spraying calcium carbonate (CaCO3) dust into the atmosphere to form a particulate shield that would reflect sunlight away from the Earth. My, what could possibly go wrong?

  • Doctors Call for Hospitals to Discriminate Against Whites as Form of “Medical Restitution”

    Prejudice SignBy Selwyn Duke

It’s ironic, but the agitators who complain most about “structural racism” are the very people making it a reality. The latest example is two Harvard doctors’ call for racial discrimination in the provision of medical services as part of what they label, as the title of an article they penned puts it, “An Antiracist Agenda for Medicine.” They also want federal reparations for black Americans.

  • Amazon Bestseller Reads: “Dear God, Please Help Me to Hate White People”

    Prejudice SignBy Selwyn Duke

“Dear God, Please help me to hate White people,” reads an entry in a bestselling new prayer book. “Or at least to want to hate them.”

Well, I guess author Chanequa Walker-Barnes, a “theologian” with a divinity degree, missed Jesus’ whole “love your enemies” prescription.

Oh, the book containing the prayer is a bestseller found at Target, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon, the last of which will ban “unwoke” works from its platform if their authors, for example, have the temerity to discuss “transgenderism” intelligently.

But A Rhythm of Prayer: A Collection of Meditations for Renewal is readily available….

  • The Woke Chauvinists Want Chauvin’s Head, but Their Prosecution Is Collapsing

    Judge pounding GavelBy Selwyn Duke

It’s what can happen when media agitation helps formulate criminal charges: A lawbreaker dies of an overdose in police custody, and the officer who restrained him is overcharged and then acquitted.

Then the rabble, convinced by race hustlers and propagandists that a murder was committed and the cop’s head would be on a platter, riot, burn, and destroy. Some of this has already happened in the case of Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin and the late George Floyd. The rest very well may happen.

  • African Cardinal: We Must Rebel Against Same-sex “Marriage” & LGBT Imperialism

    Linked Male SymbolsBy Selwyn Duke

One of the West’s biggest, though often unnoted, exports is sexual-devolutionary dogma. Africans have often lamented this, and now a prelate in Burkina Faso has appealed to Christian families to “‘rebel’ against the lobbies which advocate and want to impose same-sex marriage and libertinism” on the world, reports AIB.Media.

Cardinal Philippe Ouédraogo, metropolitan archbishop of Ouagadougou, made his remarks in his Easter vigil sermon last weekend at the Cathedral of Ouagadougou.

“‘While adopting the positive values of modernity, as active agents of the future of the world, African Christian families should rebel against the imperialism of certain lobbies and associations which advocate and want to impose same-sex marriage, debauchery etc.,’ declared Cardinal Phillipe [sic] Ouédraogo,”

  • What Could Go Wrong? United Is Now Choosing Pilots Based on Racial and Sexual QUOTA

Boy Looking at JetBy Selwyn Duke

United Airlines’ slogan is “You can run but you can’t fly.” But now you may want to run, not fly, with news that United is prioritizing “diversity” over meritocracy in its pilot-training program. In fact, the airline aims to train 5,000 pilots by 2030, half of them women and “people of color.”

  • Canceling Conifers? Triggering Tree May be Too “Racist” to be School Mascot

    Politically CorrectBy Selwyn Duke

They probably thought they’d finally come up with a school mascot so banal, so antiseptic, so plain vanilla that it couldn’t possibly offend anyone. That is, until a school official suggested that evergreen trees could conjure thoughts of black people being lynched.

Never mind the ridiculousness of having a tree as a mascot in the first place (more on that momentarily). Now we have the moronic being trumped by the idiotic.

  • Canceling Cancel Culture

    Angel vs. DemonBy Selwyn Duke

In 212 B.C., 460 scholars were “canceled,” permanently, when Emperor Qin Shi Huang had them buried alive for owning forbidden books. The Qin, who’d united China, made the argument, “We don’t want to hear people criticize the present by referring to the past,” Harvard University Chinese history professor Peter Bol told the BBC in 2012. “The past is irrelevant. History is irrelevant. And so you have the burning of books, you have the burying of scholars, of scholarly critics.”

When the renders and “reimaginers” of civilization today bury people and the past, figuratively, it’s the reputational and career destruction known as “cancel culture.” Ah, that’s a trendy term, it is, and people unmoored from tradition love trendy terms. Whatever you call it, however, the process is obviously nothing new. And though perhaps Bol is correct in saying that we “wouldn’t have a China without Qin Shi Huang” — and, maybe then, also no Mao Tse-tung — we’d still have cancel culture without Qin, China, or Mao.

Likewise, to really change the hearts and minds of man, to control the past so you can control the future, to paraphrase Orwell, you must control the present so you can control the past. And our cancel cultists control the present well enough so that they’re delivering a Year Zero — a remaking of our culture — by a thousand cuts.

  • The Gospel According to Raphael Warnock

    1746135_lowBy Selwyn Duke

Senator Raphael Warnock (D-Ga.) is Christian — or so he says. But many Americans may suspect otherwise after he tweeted an “Easter” message Sunday stating that we could “save ourselves…through a commitment to helping others.” He has since deleted the tweet, but not before he was savaged for peddling “false doctrine,” “blasphemy,” “unbiblical theology,” and “heresy.”

The far-left Warnock, who claims that “America needs to repent for its worship of whiteness” and who supports a religious mentor who has described white people as “satanic,” is an ordained minister who achieved fame by acting as senior pastor of Martin Luther King Jr.’s former church in Atlanta. Now his “Easter message” (below) is further tarnishing his reputation.
