• The Empire Strikes Back: DOJ Wants Courts to Overturn States’ Stands Against “Trans” Lunacy

Boot on Declaration of IndependenceBy Selwyn Duke

It was only a matter of time. Reacting to the unscientific and harmful “transgender” agenda, a wave of states have passed laws banning boys claiming girlhood from competing in girls’ sports, while Arkansas has forbade medical professionals from offering puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or sexual-organ-mutilation surgery to minors. But now Joe Biden’s Department of Justice, upset at this challenge to the leftist agenda, is calling on the courts to overturn these state laws.

  • Parents’ Investigation Finds That Kids’ Face Masks Are Full of DANGEROUS Pathogens

    Lab BeakersBy Selwyn Duke

If you think that mask you’re putting on your child is protecting his health, think again. Because an analysis of some kids’ masks in Florida has shown that they contained a host of dangerous pathogens despite having been new or freshly laundered and then worn for mere hours.

Oh, there was one pathogen the masks didn’t harbor: COVID.

  • Soviet America: Town Fires Teen Lifeguard for Opposing CRT

Boot on Declaration of IndependenceBy Selwyn Duke

He was a lifeguard, but that didn’t save him from a society drowning in wokeness. In fact, 18-year-old Alex Katsnelson’s poolside job with his Vermont town’s parks and recreation department was just deep-sixed because he dared question pseudo-elite orthodoxy: He voiced opposition to Critical Race Theory (CRT).

It’s a prime example of how no one is safe from cancel culture. After all, if even a teen lifeguard can’t dissent and keep his position, who can?

  • Credentialed Morons vs. Merit

    DonkeyBy Selwyn Duke

“Many of the great disasters of our time have been committed by experts,” Professor Thomas Sowell has observed. And the way was paved for this when we began preferring experts to wise men and forgot that being an “expert” should first mean being expert — not just being credentialed.

  • Idiocracy Cometh: Birds Carry a Racist Legacy, Says Washington Post

    Prejudice SignBy Selwyn Duke

“Wokeness” is for the birds, critics might say. Except that this apparently isn’t true. For while we’ve heard of birds carrying messages and birds carrying diseases, our avian friends also allegedly carry something else: a “racist legacy.”

That’s according to the Washington Post, anyway. No, the problem isn’t that Tweety  gave half-black Sylvester fits or that the Roadrunner ever brought notably brown Wile E. Coyote to ruin (although the issue in both cases was furry-on-feathered crime). Rather, bird-brained white ornithologists are wringing their pasty hands red over “whether to change as many as 150 eponyms, names of birds that honor people with connections to slavery and supremacy,” writes WaPo.

  • “Idiocracy” Was a Movie — Now it’s 2021 America

Back to School DuncecapBy Selwyn Duke

A well-informed citizenry is the best defense against tyranny,” noted Thomas Jefferson. It follows from this that if you want to visit tyranny upon a people, you can start by dumbing them down.

    Ergo, 21st-century America.

  • AOC’s Aunt Reveals That Congresswoman Is Lying About Grandma and Trump

    Donkey-ElephantBy Selwyn Duke

What do you call a person who won’t help a supposedly beloved relative, her grandmother, who’s in material need? While you could probably think of a number of names, there’s one thing we can certainly call a particular person thus guilty: Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.

It was a fairly big story some days ago when the Democrat New York congresswoman claimed that her grandmother, her “abuela,” in Puerto Rico was living in a broken-down home because President Trump failed to deliver the necessary aid. Following this announcement, conservative commentator Matt Walsh launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for the grandmother and collected $110,000 in mere hours. Strikingly, AOC refused the money.

If this isn’t bad “optics,” what is? But it got even worse for the politician. The added attention inspired the Daily Mail to send a reporter to Puerto Rico on a fact-finding mission. The conclusion?

Grandma AOC does have problems; there’s a tarp over her house. But Trump had nothing to do with it.

In fact, a woman identified as AOC’s aunt said that the aid was given to Puerto Rico — it’s just not getting to the people.

  • Speaking Arabic, Muslim School Board Member Urges Jihad at American High School Graduation

    Muslim Holding SwordBy Selwyn Duke

Maybe they should rename it Social Justice High School. After all, Justice High School (JHS) in Falls Church, Virginia — known until 2018 as J.E.B. Stuart High School, in honor of a Confederate general — is now a wokester’s dream. While the institution is 50.3 percent Hispanic, 23.4 percent white, 13.6 percent Asian-descent, and 10.1 percent black, its homepage’s “big image shows 11 students, none of them White, holding myriad flags, none of them American,” writes commentator Andrea Widburg.

Yes, because “diversity” obviously means no white people, and multiculturalism means every culture but the West’s.

“One young woman in a hijab holds a Somalia Mogadishu flag,” Widburg continues. “Another holds the flag of Libya. And yet another has the flag of Eritrea in his hands. The school’s mascot is a wolf, and the students are wearing sweatshirts that play on that name: ‘Woke Pack,’ they say.”

Well, it doesn’t get more in-your-face than that, does it? Or maybe it does. Try this on for size….

  • Writer: Critical Race Theory Is a “Heresy,” Incompatible With Christianity

    Religion-AtheismBy Selwyn Duke

Call it “regression to type.” Since tribalism-born prejudice has ever plagued man, it’s no surprise that, with the emphasis on Christian brotherhood waning in the West, race hatred is back in style. It has returned with a vengeance, too, and with pseudo-intellectual approval in the form of “Critical Race Theory” (CRT). It’s a “pernicious” idea that “could easily lead to and justify all manner of oppression and violence,” writes one commentator — and that is in fact a “heresy” that should be condemned by the church.
