One is a Christian migrant who returned to Syria because he found Austria more dangerous. Another is a Croatian man who grew up in Sweden but recently moved to Poland with his wife and kids, saying he doesn’t “recognise the country [he] grew up in anymore.” Yet another, also a part of what has been called the “Swedish Diaspora,” is a woman who moved to Hungary because, she says, “There is no safety at all” in Sweden. They’re all part of the secondary migration caused by Muslim migration.

Many would find it shocking that people would leave the rich West for relatively poor Eastern Europe and even war-torn Syria. But it underlines a reality denied and covered up by Western governments and media: The large influx of Muslim migrants into Europe in recent years has caused burgeoning crime and the exacerbation of the no-go-zone phenomenon. More scandalous still, the cover-up effort is so intense it has led to police ignoring female rape victims, telling others not to mention the ethnicity of their attackers, and to a leftist Dutch mayor‘s attempt to keep her own mugging, in a migrant area, out of the media.

“Choose your parents wisely,” goes the quip attributed to Bertrand Russell. This is especially good advice today given a new trend: selecting “gender-neutral” baby names for newborns out of the belief that “gender is fluid.”

Oh, the new appellations aren’t as bad as some perhaps drug-inspired inspirations, baby names such as “Rocket Zot,” “Dzyre,” “Moo,” “Audio Science” and “Bronx Mowgli.” (Pro tip: If you want to saddle a being with a bizarre name, buy a pet potbelly pig.) But they’re certainly more common, with unisex names such as Royal, Charlie, Salem, Skyler, Justice, and Oakley increasingly chosen by parents imbued with politically correct “transgender” notions, reports the AP.

It’s perhaps one of the biggest, and most underreported, stories of the last few years. It involves two different allegations, the first being that the FBI allowed a terrorist attack to happen. More damning still, the second is that the FBI actually encouraged it. And now a man injured in the attack is suing the bureau.

The incident was the jihadist attack on the “Draw Mohammed” free-speech event in Garland, Texas, in 2015. The plaintiff is the security guard wounded in the gunfire, Bruce Joiner, who charges that an FBI agent “solicited, encouraged, directed and aided members of ISIS in planning and carrying out the…attack,” court documents relate.

It’s often said “Our strength lies in our diversity.” But greater diversity in “religion” — namely, Islam’s new prominence in Sweden — is leading to calls in that nation to outlaw all religious schools.

The proposal was made ahead of an election by the ruling Social Democratic party, which says it’s concerned about ending “sex segregation” in the country. Unsurprisingly, the idea “follows reports of gender segregation in some Muslim free schools,” reports the Daily Mail. Note, all the relevant religious schools in Sweden are “free” — funded by the government — because it’s illegal there to charge minors under 18 for primary or secondary education.

Interestingly, the proposal includes an exception for Jewish schools but not Christian ones. There are 59 of the latter, one religious Jewish school and several other “secular Jewish” institutions.

One can easily surmise what motivates this discrimination.

“Europe will be Muslim,” prominent Turkish official Alparslan Kavaklıoğlu recently proclaimed. In this he was echoing his president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, who said last year that Muslims “are the future of Europe.” Interestingly, Kavaklıoğlu also has much in common with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the rest of the Old World’s establishment class, saying that his “biggest worry is that there is an explosion of micro-nationalism” on the continent. (Translation: The greatest concern is people who want to preserve their own culture.)

You wouldn’t think your kids could get suspended from school just because you exercised your constitutionally guaranteed rights off campus, but this is apparently what happened to one New Jersey family. It’s not that the school district jumped the gun, either — rather, the punitive action wasprescribed by official policy.

A California teacher questioned Wednesday’s national anti-gun school walkout — then found herself in the cross hairs, being told not to come to work that day at all.

The story began last week when Julianne Benzel, a history teacher at Rocklin High School in Rocklin, California, questioned the double standard reflected in the protest. She stated that it was wrong for the school to support one walkout if they weren’t willing to support those associated with other causes, such as one against prenatal infanticide (she used the common term “abortion”).

Benzel’s young charges didn’t disagree. “I didn’t get any backlash from my students,” she said. “All my students totally understood that there could not be a double standard,” related CBS Sacramento. But her school was a different story. As CBS also reported, “Benzel received a letter from her human resources department, informing her she’s being placed on paid administrative leave.”

“Transgenderism” amounts to just playing “pretend,” argues philosopher Ryan T. Anderson in a recent essay, since sex change is biologically impossible.

Writing at Public Discourse, Dr. Anderson says that contrary to activists’ claims, sex can’t be “reassigned” because it wasn’t “assigned at birth” in the first place. It is a physical reality observable prenatally, the denial of which is indicative of psychological problems and often leads to further psychological distress.

The old quip about fusion is that it’s the energy of the future — and always will be. But this joke may now have to be retired, as scientists have achieved a fusion breakthrough that promises cheap, unlimited, clean energy. Such a development is so staggering that it would represent a seminal point in man’s history.

The breakthrough is the handiwork of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) scientists working in collaboration with the private company Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS). What they’ve achieved is the holy grail of their species of research: effecting a fusion reaction that creates more energy than it uses, something that, up until now, seemed to occupy the realm of unicorns.

Again demonstrating that there's no one as illiberal as a liberal, students at the University of Texas, San Antonio have launched a “No whites allowed” magazine. Called NWA Zine, the publication’s defenders are so unabashedly bigoted that one of them actually dismissed a complaint about the magazine with the claim that “equality is just more cishet [cisgender heterosexual] white supremacist patriarchy trying to write the narrative,” reported Campus Reform (CR).

The magazine’s name is a play on that of the '90s “gangsta’ rap” group NWA (Niggaz Wit Attitudes). Its attitude is quintessentially Third Millennium, however; it combines its racial exclusivity with sexual perversity, promising in a Facebook post thatNWA Zine would showcase “black and brown lgbtqa creatives,” CR informs.

CR further reported, “The description goes on to explain that ‘for a very long time, black and brown people, especially those who are queer, have been told that they don’t have a space. That they don’t have a voice or a say. With this we would like to create a space.’” Of course, given that yet another Christian business was just forced to close, merely because it didn’t want to service faux (same-sex) weddings, it’s clear who really doesn’t have a voice — and who not only has a voice but a hammer.
