Well, at least we know Covid paranoia has passed. Where grown-ups once were aghast at the “coronavirus challenge” — a dare that had youngsters licking everyday items and which was called “disgusting” — now, licking away with the kids are the adults.
Or, are they “adultescents”?
This question can be asked with the revelation that teachers at a middle school in Washington state engaged in a “licking game” with students, an activity that sparked outrage and also has been called “disgusting.” In fact, some have even claimed it was sexual in nature and accuse the educators of being “groomers.”

In our pronoun wars, a simple truth is generally missed: People don’t have pronouns.
Languages do.
Anyone not enjoying a Rip Van Winkle slumber for the last 20 years will know that the above alludes to the “personal pronoun” obsession of the MUSS (Made-up Sexual Status, aka “transgender”) activists. Yet pronoun-norm manipulation goes back decades.

If you’re a regular guy or gal and fancy yourself normal, think again. Because since you’re not a hermaphrodite, you just may be an “extreme” manifestation “of the sex spectrum.”
That is, according to the University of Texas Southwestern (UTS) Medical Center.
This is essentially what it’s teaching students via its Human Structure curriculum, which, reports Fox News, defines “anatomical sex as the physical structure including chromosomes, genes, and products ‘as the most frequent anatomical variants traditionally termed male and female.’”
The curriculum authors add….

Sometimes drug-addled and overly coddled, Hunter Biden isn’t generally viewed as a font of competence. But when the prey is cash, an enormously effective Hunter he is.
This conclusion again suggests itself after a bank with offices in China gave Senate Republicans records evidencing that Hunter, and Joe Biden’s brother James, got millions of dollars from Chinese companies. What relevant expertise the Bidens could’ve possibly provided to justify such payments has not been reported. Apparently, say critics, what they could and did offer was the Biden name and the capacity to influence the U.S. government.

Whose child is it, anyway? Some may thus wonder after the Washington state Legislature passed a bill that would enable government-licensed youth facilities to hide kids from parents so that the youngsters can proceed with sexual-distortion treatments (SDTs), euphemistically known as “gender-affirming care.”
This means that while schools perhaps mayn’t give a student an aspirin without parental consent, Washington would keep parents in the dark while their son underwent castration or their daughter had her breasts and/or uterus removed.
The bill, SB 5599, would also allow said facilities to hide girls from their parents while the former had abortions. In other words, if destroying bodies is the goal, the state is all in.
Or, at least, the state Democrats are. All the Democratic legislators voted yes on the bill, reports Washington journalist Katie Daviscourt. All the Republicans voted no. The party of life vs. the party of strife?
In fact, some Democrats are boasting about SB 5599.

Is ice cream the ivermectin of the food world, something with profound health benefits that the medical establishment refuses to acknowledge? Perhaps not, in that no one is being censored or canceled for touting the frozen delight. Nonetheless, a number of studies show that ice cream has health benefits — and, try as they might, scientists have been unable thus far to debunk these findings.
Apropos to this, when I had a health and heart check-up approximately a year and a half ago, the medical professional handling matters told me that only one percent of people my age have blood-work numbers such as mine. “Whatever you’re doing,” he then remarked, “keep it up.” Without missing a beat, I replied:
“Well, what I’m doing is, I’m eating ice cream first thing in the morning — so I’ll keep it up.”

Were they concerned some rad-trad Catholic was going to strangle a modernist with his rosary beads? With leftists likening the rosary to an AR-15 last year, one could wonder. But the “they” here, the FBI, didn’t say. Truly shocking, however, is what it did recently do:
The agency recruited at least one “‘undercover employee’ to ‘develop sources among the clergy and church leadership.’”
So said Representative Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) on Monday, related National Review (NR). What’s more, the FBI justified its investigation of “radical traditionalist Catholics” with a report by the discredited Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC). This effort raises a question, too:
If this has happened to Catholics, what other innocent but politically incorrect religious groups could be FBI targets?
