Because radical Democrats had their way, a 9-year-old in New York State may not only take puberty blockers, but have them covered by the taxpayers through Medicaid. But there’s something preteens won’t be able to do if Empire State Democrats have their way again: play tackle football.
All this, mind you, is being done “for the children” in the name of health — even though research shows that tackle football is safe for kids when proper equipment and techniques are used.

Liberals are not only more likely than conservatives to suppose that “emotion is a feature of rationality,” a series of three studies has shown, but also apparently believe it should be. In fact, they consider emotions more “functional” (utilitarian, essentially) than conservatives do despite reporting less emotional well-being.

Congressman George Santos (R-N.Y.) has been a very, very bad boy. So naughty, in fact, that politicians and pundits left, right, and center have insisted he be removed from Congress. The issue, as has been well publicized, is that these critics are deeply offended — down to their very souls — that he’s the George Constanza (of Seinfeld fame) of politics and fabricated his résumé while seeking office. Yes, their great revelation is this:
A politician lied.
Why, one can just hear the ghost of Captain Renault (of Casablanca fame) exclaiming in the halls of Congress, “I’m shocked, shocked, to find that lying is going on in here!”
Will we ever recover?

The choice is binary: You can either have a school science curriculum actually driven by science.
Or you can have one driven by other factors, such as political ones, the dominant of which today are generally categorized as “wokeness.”
Unscientific “science” is rife now, too. The latest example comes out of the Grand Canyon State, where a parent recently elected to a school board leaked a proposed curriculum that would teach kids the fiction that sex isn’t “binary” but is, well, confusing and a matter of personal preference.

Joe Biden said in 2020 that many illegal aliens are “more American than most Americans are.” While he didn’t precisely define what “American” means to him, he just may conceptualize our country as the world’s flophouse, soup kitchen, and all-around sucker if the behavior of some migrants he has allowed to roam among us is any indication.
In fact, many of these “new Americans,” exhibiting extreme entitlement and mind-blowing disrespect, have been acting like complete degenerates while destroying a hotel (Row NYC) generously provided for them with taxpayer dollars.

The European Union is very upset that member state Hungary’s infringement upon academic freedom is, well, not the same as its own infringement upon academic freedom.
The EU is also pained that Budapest’s governing philosophy — which involves maintaining its Christian character — doesn’t align with Brussels’ governing philosophy: the destruction of Christian character by imposing secular norms.
In fact, globalist bureaucrats appear just certain that Hungary could be enlightened and enriched by embracing the EU’s “transgender” ideology, sex education for little tykes, and Muslim (im)migration model. And they’re so upset the nation balks at such things that, mercy me, they could just throw their collective purse at it — or, at least, the power of that purse. They have, too.

No stone shall be left unturned. This is clearly the message our nation-rending cultural revolutionaries have sent, and a great example is the latest controversy over a supposedly “racist” state flag.
No, it’s not some banner bearing a Confederate symbol or even that of an ex-slave state. Rather, it’s the flag of a place that constitutionally forbade slavery upon its attainment of statehood in 1858 and, just a few years later, devoted troops to the Union’s Civil War efforts. History buffs may now know that we’re talking about the Land of 10,000 Lakes.
That’s right, the state stereotyped as “Minnesota nice” is guilty of Minnesota vice according to the wokesters, though the issue has nothing to do with slavery.
