• The Truth Factor: A Major Reason for the West’s Declining Christianity Is Rarely Recognized

    Religion-AtheismBy Selwyn Duke

Western Christianity has long been in decline. This makes the Occident very much an outlier as, unbeknownst to many, the faith is growing robustly worldwide. But while the latter reality gets precious little press, much has been written in recent times about the West’s waning faith and the possible reasons for it. But what may be the main reason is almost universally missed.

The COVID-19 situation and how the church has reacted to it (Cult of the Body style) in the West hasn’t helped its cause. The bigger picture, in the United States, is that the number of self-identifying Christians has declined 12 points since just 2012 while (ir)religious “nones” have picked up 10 points, Pew Research Center reported last month. Even more recently, on Sunday, Deutsche Welle (DW) ran a piece entitled “Churches in Germany need a change in outlook”; it informs that while the nation’s Christian majority was taken for granted for centuries, members of Germany’s two main churches (Catholic and Protestant) will at some point this year finally constitute less than half the country’s 83 million population.

Article author Christoph Strack points out that 1990 Germany still boasted “58 million church members … two-thirds of the population.” Now, along with there being 4.5 million Muslims in the nation, “the biggest new religious buildings arising close to Berlin are a prestigious Buddhist temple and the ‘House of One,’ where Christians, Jews and Muslims will worship and pray under one roof,” he writes. (Will they share the same dogmas, too?)

And one roof may be all they’ll soon need

  • Lib Media Warn: Number of Americans Who Think Violence Against Gov Is Justified Is RISING

    Bullets on ConstitutionBy Selwyn Duke

In 2011, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi praised history’s longest occupation of a U.S. government structure — that of the Wisconsin Capitol building — as an “impressive show of democracy in action.” But if this means she believes it’s sometimes “justified for citizens to take violent action against the government,” well, then San Fran Nan is definitely in the minority. After all, only 34 percent of Americans recently polled took that position.

Yet, warn the mainstream (left-wing) media, this number is rising, as only 10 percent of respondents expressed this opinion in 2010.

This has been reported as “hard news” by many mainstream-media outlets. But consider the reportage, and ask yourself how hard it is, really.

First there’s CNN, the network recently rocked by two pedophilia scandals.

  • With “Highest Death Rates” in Insurance Business’ History, Vax Could be “Crime Against Humanity,” Suggests Scientist

    Bad DoctorBy Selwyn Duke

“We are seeing, right now, the highest death rates we have seen in the history of this business — not just at OneAmerica,” the company’s CEO, Scott Davison, stated last week. “The data is consistent across every player in that business.”

This mortality isn’t among the elderly, either, but Americans 18 to 64 — in the prime of their lives.

What’s more, the numbers are so bad, says Davison, that the situation is worse than “a one-in-200-year catastrophe.”

Most of these aren’t COVID-19-induced deaths, either.

It’s shocking news, and it raised the eyebrows of Dr. Robert Malone, the internationally acclaimed virologist/immunologist and pioneer of mRNA-vaccine technology. In fact, says Malone, mRNA therapy agent (MTA, a.k.a. “vaccine”) mandates constitute “the largest experiment on human beings in recorded history,” have “failed,” and may be “crimes against humanity” warranting new Nuremberg trials.

  • Slamming Ben Carson for Touting Ivermectin and HCQ for COVID, Mediaite MISREPRESENTS Research

    Shell GameBy Selwyn Duke

So intense is the media’s hate affair with COVID-19 treatments ivermectin (IVM) and hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) that it will actually peddle untruths to discredit them. The latest example is a Mediaite attack on renowned doctor Ben Carson for stating the medications “are effective treatments for Covid-19,” a proposition for which there’s “an utter lack of evidence,” the site wrote.

In fact, Mediaite cited a research paper in an attempt to discredit Carson’s assertions, claiming the study didn’t mention IVM and HCQ as possibly having a mitigatory effect on COVID. Yet in reality, the paper actually did thus cite the two medications.

What’s more and contrary to Mediaite’s “utter lack” claim, the researchers did say that evidence for the drugs’ effectiveness existed.

  • Fauci Sings The New American’s Tune on COVID — Almost Two Years Late

    Pinnochio2By Selwyn Duke

One thing about our Dr. Anthony Fauci is that he’s got something for everyone: If you don’t like his positions, just wait.

    He’ll change them.

In fact, the 54-year bureaucrat — who once admitted he was steadily moving the goalposts on the American people — has again now punted a couple of his old positions.

  • Though Lacking Magic, J.K. Rowling Tries to Split the Baby on “Transgenderism”

    Sex Symbols-ConfusionBy Selwyn Duke

While Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling specializes in fiction, she has learned the hard way that disputing fashionable fiction posing as reality can be costly — even when you’re willing to accept half the tall tale.

At issue is, of course, Rowling’s opposition to the MUSS (Made-up Sexual Status or “transgender”) agenda, a stance that has perhaps earned her almost as much publicity as her novels. The issue has recently landed her back in the news, too, with an accusation that she has caved to the MUSS mob.

In reality, though, her weakness here isn’t in her wrists but her reasoning, which, tragically, she shares with millions.

  • Calif. Dems Channel Hugo Chavez in Targeting Tiger Woods’ “Bourgeois” Sport — for “Housing”

    Golfer SilhouetteBy Selwyn Duke

Perhaps they’d feel differently about the game if, like fellow socialist Kim Jong-Il, they’d once carded a 34 (ahem) on a regulation-length golf course, which beats Tiger Woods’ lowest-ever score by 27 shots (ahem!). Instead, California Democrats are channeling late socialist Hugo Chavez, who would spitefully destroy golf courses in Venezuela, calling the game an “obnoxious bourgeois sport” whose privileged participants “should all be exterminated.”

Yes, some Golden State Democrats are leading an effort to plow municipal golf courses under, using the same pretext Chavez did: to make way for affordable housing. Except that their proposal is in one sense even worse than ol’ Hugo’s.

As in Third World countries generally, golf in Venezuela truly is a game for the champagne set. But the California bill targets public golf courses, which were created for the very purpose of giving the common man access to recreation that had previously been reserved for the rich.

What’s more, what underlies this issue goes far beyond golf.

  • Oxford Immunologist Says, in Essence, the “Pandemic” Is OVER

    Lab BeakersBy Selwyn Duke

Owing to media characterizations, just hearing “Omicron” can provoke fear and trembling. But the good news is that the latest coronavirus variant is, in contrast to the original Alpha, a real beta. In fact, not only is it apparently less virulent than previous strains but, says an Oxford immunologist, it’s not even “the same disease we were seeing a year ago.”
