The people putting men in women’s sports, boys in girls’ locker rooms, and the Grinch in Christmas are also pushing “gender”-neutral toys. But if they’re dreaming of woke Yuletide gift-giving, they may be disappointed with a new survey finding that most shoppers aren’t neutral on “gender”-neutral toys — they’re wholly uninterested in them.

Polling 2,458 American adults, research entity CivicScience finds that just 15 percent are at all interested in buying what are properly known as “sex-neutral” toys (words have “gender”; people exhibit the biological distinction called “sex”).

Breaking it down further, 74 percent are “not at all likely” to purchase sexually confused toys; 12 percent are confused about whether they’d buy sexually confused toys, saying “I’m not sure”; nine percent are “somewhat likely”; and only six percent are “very likely.”

The numbers for sexually confused toys improve when considering only likely Christmas-season toy buyers, but still aren’t encouraging for the androgyny crew, with the “not at all likely” figure dropping to 60 percent and the “very likely” one rising to just 10 (chart below).

“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” For decades liberals and others would self-righteously repeat this quotation from Martin Luther King, Jr. The line is true, too. But given the Establishment and mainstream media reaction to the January 6 defendants’ persecution, it’s clear that if any within the American “Left” ever believed it, few do today.

In fact, “This is how totalitarianism looks,” writes The American Spectator’s George Parry while describing the J6ers’ treatment in his piece “A Visit to the DC Gulag” — and he’s not exaggerating. It’s also what will befall all those defying Establishment power if our radical leftists can continue cementing their control.

Equally tragic is why this is occurring: While The Washington Post’s slogan is “Democracy dies in darkness,” it and the rest of the mainstream media refuse to shine any light at all on the J6ers’ plight. Complicit as well is the entire Democrat Party and most Republicans, who either tacitly approve of the abuse or would rather play politics than take a politically incorrect stand.

He had no idea, he says, that he was speaking at a ceremony hosted by representatives of history’s most prolifically mass-murdering ideologists. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) is only 75 years old with approximately four decades spent in politics, after all, and maybe he was sleepwalking when the woman introducing him spoke of how important the Communist Party was to their movement.

The day was December 11, and the scene was the annual Amistad Awards ceremony hosted by the Connecticut People’s World Committee, an affiliate of the Communist Party USA. Blumenthal spoke for approximately seven minutes, according to the Hartford Courant, which also reports that the event took place at a New Haven church and that three friends were being honored.

Afterwards, Blumenthal was “blasted on national websites and television, as well as by state and national Republicans,” the paper further informs. The senator’s response has been to pull a Sergeant Schultz (“I know nothing!).

“‘My understanding was that this ceremony was strictly a labor event,’ Blumenthal said Friday in a telephone interview,” the Courant also related. “If I had known the details, I wouldn’t have gone…. Let me just say very emphatically, I’m a Democrat and a strong believer in American capitalism. I have been consistently a Democrat and a strong supporter and believer in American capitalism.”

Of course, pointing out that he’s been consistently a Democrat may not help convince many today that he believes in “capitalism” (i.e., economic freedom; the term “capitalism” was originated by socialists). Regardless, many aver that his plea of ignorance is laughable.

While a Gallic “intellectual” did propose in 2017 the creation of a quasi-Sharia state within France in order to avoid civil war with its Muslims, not all his countrymen are quite ready to throw in the towel. In fact, the French government has just shut down 21 mosques for “extremist” preaching.

This isn’t the first time the nation has targeted jihadist-oriented Islamic entities. France closed approximately 20 mosques and prayer halls in 2016 and last year shuttered 73 “places of radicalization,” which included mosques, schools, shops, and drinking establishments. The Gallic country is host to approximately 2,500 mosques and prayer halls in total.

“Lia” Thomas, the “transgender” University of Pennsylvania swimmer who has become famous, and infamous, for making women in the pool seem like manatees racing a barracuda, recently said that he just tries to tune out the negativity directed his way. After all, not only do many people say it’s unfair he’s competing with females, but his recent boast that winning was “so easy, I was cruising” truly raised hackles. But even though he’s not really a damsel in distress, I’m here to help as his knight in shining armor.

No, as my above paragraph indicates, Mr. Thomas, I won’t play the pronoun game. I won’t stop mentioning that your birth name is “Will.” I also can’t in good conscience call you “transgender” as opposed to the more accurate acronym I originated, MUSS (Made-up Sexual Status). No, those things I can’t, or won’t, do. But there’s something I will, Will.

The “war on blacks” narrative fueling the defund-the-police movement led, predictably, to higher murder rates, particularly in black neighborhoods. It’s an example of how identity politics kills. And now it has apparently done so again, claiming the life of a 16-month-old girl.

Little Star Hobson was being horrifically abused in her home in Keighley, England. Yet her great-grandparents’ warnings to authorities were dismissed as being motivated by dislike for the toddler’s lesbian, gypsy stepmother.

Proving that Democrat governor George Wallace might have been quite prescient when infamously proclaiming in the 1960s, “Segregation today, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever!” Twenty-first century Democrats are again singing that tune. The latest example is how a Denver-area elementary school has planned a “families of color playground night.” Proving that equality isn’t exactly the educators’ bag, however, there’s no report that they intend to hold a corresponding “people of no color playground night.”

In fact, there’s no report that people of no color have as yet been identified. (Of course, perhaps they just can’t be seen.) But The New American will be sure to apprise you of any such discovery being made.

“There’s not a single thing a man can do that a woman can’t do as well or better — not a single thing” is what Joe Biden claimed he told his daughters. Biden made the comment just this past March, but, hey, he’s the guy who last year also said we should keep the “record player” on at night for our digital-age kids. So perhaps he hasn’t gotten the memo:

The “I am woman, hear me roar!” tactic is passé and has been traded for the damsel in distress.

Also perhaps not getting the memo is the now notorious MUSS (“Made-up Sexual Status” or “transgender”) University of Pennsylvania swimmer “Lia” Thomas (real given name “Will”), who has been shattering women’s records along with their dreams. In fact, he apparently is so proud about beating the girls — who he, if he was like so many other boys, was told for decades can do anything “as well or better” — that he boasted about burying them in the pool.

“That was so easy, I was cruising,” Thomas reportedly said after a 200 freestyle event.
