This could come to mind when considering a claim, made with straight faces, that soap dispensers prove there’s “systemic racism.” Yet ridiculous though it is, the charge reflects something deeper in American life — something very dark and dangerous.
If you think the soap dispenser rationale involves the idea that soap is usually white, no, that’s not it.

World population did not explode “because people started breeding like rabbits,” American Enterprise Institute scholar Nicholas Eberstadt once noted, “but because they stopped dying like flies.” This truth reflects the reality that for most of history, life was generally tough and often brutal and short, fraught with serious risk. Today, though, we have a bubble-wrap mentality, and this is absolutely part of the reason why too many Americans are treating COVID-19 as if it’s an Omega Man situation.
So says the Federalist’s Kylee Zempel, addressing a question posed by the New York Times: “Why do so many vaccinated people remain fearful?” (Looking in the mirror would give the Times part of the answer.)

If you can call him “good,” he’s one of those good men Edmund Burke said were responsible for the “triumph of evil.”
Meet George Davison, headmaster of New York City’s pseudo-elite Grace Church School. Though his institution indoctrinates children with the latest academic swill, critical-race-theory, Davison is privately opposed to it.
We know because he admitted as much on leaked audio, confessing, “We're demonizing white people for being born” (and all for a paltry $57,000 yearly tuition for students from kindergarten through grade 12).

If one million illegal migrants enter a nation over time and just one-tenth of one percent are or will become jihadists, that’s 1,000 dangerous terrorists. And with hundreds of thousands of illegals having already entered the United States just since Joe Biden took office, well, what do you think probability dictates terrorism-wise for us?
That illegal migration is a conduit for terrorists is not conjecture. Illegals in the terrorism database have already been intercepted by Customs and Border Patrol, and an Islamic jihadist who snuck into the United States via our southern open door to Mexico later committed a terrorist act up in Canada in 2017.
Then there’s the coronavirus, which is just COVID-19 for illegals but COVID-1984 for the rest of us.

When terrorists, drug cartels, or rogue governments use children as human shields, it’s called a war crime.
When sexual devolutionaries use them as human shields, as they did recently in Texas, it’s called “testimony” and “activism.”
Oh, there were no bullets flying or bombs detonating on April 12, when 10-year-old “Kai” Shappley spoke in front of Texas lawmakers about a proposed bill that would prohibit so-called “gender” transition treatments for children. But the human-shield idea was the same:
Put a child on the front line — where fire would normally be directed — so as to ensure that an enemy more moral than you are won’t attack your vulnerable positions.

In fact, North Carolina Lieutenant Governor Mark Robinson, a Republican, has created a task force to tackle the left-wing philosophies (aka propaganda) pervading today’s government schools.

Call it the Department of the Inferior. For this may be appropriate after Department of the Interior employees were seen beginning a Zoom meeting with “land acknowledgements” and the relation of “their” pronouns.
Appearing first in video of the meeting, which took place recently, is Laura Daniel-Davis, principal deputy assistant for land and mineral management. Obviously reading a prepared statement, she said, “[I] recognize that I live and work within the ancestral lands of the Anacostans in the Anacostia and Potomac River watershed. I acknowledge the place-based knowledge of these peoples, and I’m grateful for their ancestral and current stewardship of these lands.”
