    Angel vs. DemonBy Selwyn Duke

In a historic shift, the anti-immigrationism Sweden Democrats (SwD) has become its nation’s most popular party just nine years after first winning seats in parliament, a new poll finds. According Swedish polling company Demoskop, the SwD has an almost two percentage point advantage over the Social Democrats, which has dominated the Nordic country’s politics since the 1930s.

  • Is Drudge the Enron of News? Anti-Trump Site’s Traffic Declines as Conservatives Flee

    Failure FigureBy Selwyn Duke

Et tu, Drudge? This is an increasingly common conservative lament now that the Drudge Report, the leviathan of news aggregators, has turned left. In fact, it appears that Drudge is continuing to bleed conservative readers, with one observer likening its woes to the collapse of Enron Corporation, the once ballyhooed American energy, commodities, and services company that became immersed in scandal and declared bankruptcy in 2001. And as Drudge declines, competitors such as anti-establishment news aggregator Whatfinger.com appear to be reaping the benefits.

After registering an August-September decline, Drudge’s readership went further south in the September-October period, dropping the site 338 places in global traffic rankings, according to Similar Web. In fact, the “negative numbers are beginning to resemble one of the models employed to predict corporate disasters….

  • AOC to Scared Dem Establishment: We’re Not Pulling Party Left, but Bringing It “Home”

    Communist FlagBy Selwyn Duke

Having control of the media, academia, and entertainment, the Left has long been effective at giving the radical and new (or previously rejected) status-quo status. Enter Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.). Reacting to liberal establishment fears that her set’s socialist agitation is pulling the party too far left, she has claimed that it’s actually just a case of returning to Democrats’ historic roots.

  • New Curriculum “Deep Equity” Deeply Racist, Demonizes Whites

    Prejudice SignBy Selwyn Duke

A new curriculum, in schools across the nation, teaches that America is a deeply racist nation with a “hierarchy of various oppressions,” as an observer recently put it. Called “Deep Equity,” it demonizes whites while deep-sixing debate, instructing teachers to reject and resist parents who disagree. The idea is that dissenting white people are simply too ignorant and immersed in privilege to recognize and acknowledge their oppressor status.

  • Columbia Prof Who Fled Marxism Resigns: “Felt Like I Was Living Under Communism Again”

    Communist RevolutionBy Selwyn Duke

After fleeing communism in his native Romania, Andrei Serban likely never thought he’d have to flee it a second time — in the United States. That is, until oppressive identity politics demands forced the award-winning theater director to resign his tenured position at Columbia University, which Serban said is “on its way toward full blown communism.”

  • The Great Replacement: “Foreigners” Will Soon be More Than 1/3rd of Germany

    Failure FigureBy Selwyn Duke

Existing before even Roman times, Germanic peoples long predate “Germany,” which wasn’t created till 1871. But now some may wonder if Germany will outlive the Germanic people, with demographic projections showing that more than one-third of the nation’s population — and 70 percent of large cities’ inhabitants — will have a migrant background in just 20 years.

  • “Most” Americans for Impeachment? REAL Poll Shows 73% are Skeptical of It

    Donkey-ElephantBy Selwyn Duke

Many have heard of polls finding that most Americans, 51 percent in an October Fox News survey, want President Trump impeached. But a recent Monmouth poll casts doubt on this, showing that 73 percent of Americans have “very little or no confidence” in the impeachment process. Why is this poll so different? It’s simple:

Unlike the others, it doesn’t over-sample Democrats.

  • Black Muslim Academic: Islamic Slavery Devastating — and Ignored

    MuslimStarandCrescentBy Selwyn Duke

When Americans hear the word “slavery,” they generally think of the U.S. variety formally made illegal in 1865. But a type of slavery that has been practiced for 13 centuries straight — continuing to this day — is largely ignored, complains Senegalese academic Tidiane N’Diaye.

Professor N’Diaye, a black Muslim anthropologist and specialist in African civilizations, points out that Arab-Muslim enslavement has affected far more individuals than did the transatlantic slave trade, 17 million vs. 6 to 11 million, respectively. It also has been more brutal.

  • Will Darwinism Be Deep-sixed? Top Scientist Challenges Evolution

    Angry ApeBy Selwyn Duke

If ideas are also subject to the survival-of-the-fittest principle, is evolution doomed to extinction? This question is again raised now that yet another scientist has questioned Charles Darwin’s famous 19th-century theory.

At issue is the new book Foresight: How the Chemistry of Life Reveals Planning and Purpose, which has been endorsed by three Nobel Laureates. It was authored by a Dr. Marcos Eberlin, who himself has some weighty credentials, as he is “a physical chemist who specializes in spectrometry and supervises a large lab in Brazil that has produced hundreds of doctoral-level scientists, is former president of the International Mass Spectrometry Foundation and author of more than 1,000 research papers,”

  • Katie Hill Affair and its Aftermath are Signs of America’s Decline

    Banana RepublicBy Selwyn Duke

It’s truly not shocking that a political leader would be a reprobate behind closed doors. From Caligula to the Marquis de Sade to Bill Clinton, the depraved have always been overrepresented among the ruling classes. It is for this reason that what’s even more distressing about the Katie Hill affair than what she did is the reaction to it from the broader society — including “broadminded conservatives” defending her.
