• Le Pen: Show the Truth About ISIS — Get Charged With Hate Speech

Big Man Stepping on Small ManBy Selwyn Duke

Is Le Pen mightier than the sword — of Islam? That’s a good question. But the French government apparently thinks that Marine Le Pen (shown), leader of the anti-immigrationist National Rally Party, is more dangerous. And they’ve charged her with “hate speech” to prove it.

Le Pen’s sin is that she posted pictures of Islamic State (IS) atrocities, something absolutely frowned upon by the globalist, immigrationist Thanos-types aspiring to create “Eurafrica.” Never mind that she disseminated the images, of IS murders, because critics aimed to murder her reputation by comparing her party to the Islamic State. Apparently, there’s nothing wrong with peddling lies to defame another via character assassination. But showing how just maybe, perhaps, your desire to limit immigration and preserve your culture doesn’t exactly put you in league with globalist jihadists who burn people alive, drown them in cages, and feed children intoindustrial dough kneaders, well, that’s really crossing a Maginot Line.

  • Koch Brothers Ally With George Soros to Push (Leftist) Online Censorship

    Silenced ManBy Selwyn Duke

This Koch is certainly not the real thing — not the real conservative thing, anyway.

Long leftist bugaboos owing to their financing of conservative and libertarian causes and candidates, brothers Charles and David Koch are now showing their liberal side: They’re allying with tech companies, universities, and fellow billionaires to quash what they call “online extremism.”

  • Christophobia: Colorado Baker Sued for THIRD Time for Acting Christian

    2052845_lowBy Selwyn Duke

They just can’t stop bullying the baker. First the Colorado Civil Rights Commission took legal action against Jack Phillips in 2012 for refusing to create a faux (same sex) “wedding” cake. After losing in the Supreme Court last summer, the state sued Phillips (shown) for declining to bake a cake celebrating a man’s transition from superficially normal to masquerading as female (what some call “transgender”). Now that Colorado has been compelled to drop that action, the masquerading man, an attorney going by the name Autumn Scardina, has filed his own suit against the baker. For sure, persecution is a full-time job.

Of course, it’s no accident that Phillips, owner of Masterpiece Cakeshop, was targeted. It’s part of what I’ve called a “pacification process,” where the Left is following its culture-war victories with an effort to stamp out remaining dissent.

  • Men in Women’s Sports? Poll Shows People Don’t Buy the Trans Hype

    Sex Symbols-ConfusionBy Selwyn Duke

It’s the difference between the pseudo-elite and the man on the street. We’re supposed to believe that Made-up Sexual Status (MUSS, or “transgender”) ideology is now mainstream thought, opposition to which is only registered by fringe radicals. Yet a new poll shows that most Americans don’t buy the pseudo-elite MUSS line.

  • Baltimore Mayor Proposes Boxing to Settle Street Disputes, but Can’t Propose the Real Solution

    Religion-AtheismBy Selwyn Duke

Baltimore’s new mayor, Bernard C. “Jack” Young, is hoping that if city youths start floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee, they won’t kill like a psycho. It’s just one proposal, albeit an unorthodox one, Young suggested to remedy the city’s high murder rate.

Unfortunately, a more orthodox proposal, suggested by a pastor and which would address the deeper issues — a return to faith — is not something the mayor could propose without risking a political knockout.

  • Immigrationism Dying? Anti-immigration Left Leader Set to Win Power in Denmark

    MuslimStarandCrescentBy Selwyn Duke

It’s not your father’s leftism — though it may be your great-grandfather’s. With the leftist Social Democrats poised to take power in today’s Danish election, it normally would be a time for the immigrationist/internationalist/multiculturalist types to celebrate. Not this time, however. Oh, the Social Democrats’ leader, Mette Frederiksen (shown), is a leftist.

But she also takes a hard line on immigration — and on Muslim immigrants.

It’s another sign that immigrationism — the irrational belief that immigration is always good, always necessary, must never be questioned, and must be the one constant in an ever-changing universe of policy — is on the wane in Western Europe.

  • You’ve Already Lost the Immigration Battle if You Say This

    Politically CorrectBy Selwyn Duke

Conditioned responses are funny things. One of them, the statement that they’re “probably all nice people” — oft used when discussing illegal migrants — is also a dangerous thing.

That very line was uttered, reflexively, by Fox News pundit Tucker Carlson Monday night while discussing how one percent of Guatemalans have left for our country in just the last year. It’s a qualifier reflecting that one has been put on the defensive — in a losing position.

  • Bolshevik Big Business? Corporations Now Attacking Conservative Customers

    Man in CrosshairsBy Selwyn Duke

Nabisco mocks customers upset about a drag-queen Mother’s Day cookie ad. Burger King subtly encourages people to throw its milk shakes at anti-European Union populists. And a beer company advocates hitting such people “over the head with a brick.” Welcome to the new corporate activism and the principle “The conservative customer is always wrong.”

There was a time, not long ago, when businesses largely adhered to the old advice “Never discuss politics or religion.” And when explaining his lack of 1990s political activism, NBA legend Michael Jordan reportedly said, “Republicans buy shoes, too.” But that was before the advent of “woke” corporate activism.

  • Two Journalists Warn That “Weak Christianity” Is Killing the West

    Failure FigureBy Selwyn Duke

They’re from arguably the most anti-Christian part of the West, and they have a message: A lack of robust Christianity is killing the West.

The warning was issued on Herland Report TV, where journalist Hanne Nabintu Herland interviewed fellow Scandinavian Iben Thranholm. “The general theme of the episode is that Western values have become almost entirely materialistic in essence,” commentator Raymond Ibrahim reports. As a result, Westerners are seeking purpose and meaning.

They’re finding it, too: in New Age or pagan age beliefs — and Islam.

“Because pure materialism is ultimately dissatisfying — ‘man shall not live on bread alone’ — more and more Western people are turning to any number of metaphysical ideologies, from Islam to paganism — anything, as long as it’s not Christianity,” Ibrahim continues. “Because many of these ideologies are intrinsically hostile to Christianity, Western culture, which was founded on Christian principles, has become suicidal — hence the current situation, especially in Europe.”

  • Judge Would Kill Miss. Heartbeat Bill — Time to Kill Judicial Supremacy

    Judge pounding GavelBy Selwyn Duke

Mississippi’s legislature has made the “heartbeat” law. It’s time for Governor Bryant to perform his executive duties and enforce it.

With a judge having just blocked Mississippi’s “heartbeat” abortion bill, it’s clear that the judiciary’s actions can kill. What fewer realize is that judges’ misfeasance is killing our republic and would be doing so even if they ruled rightly on prenatal infanticide. It’s another reminder of why we should kill judicial supremacy.
