While on a radio show about a year and a half ago, I mentioned that Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) was no Hillary Clinton. Warren is actually an effective demagogue, I opined, someone who, though a bit shrill, can give a moving, passionate speech. Now, after some early year stumbles, a new poll shows that the senator has opened up a big lead over her Democrat presidential primary opponents.

“Equality” cries were cherished by feminists when they gave females entry into military academies, boardrooms and the ranks of police; prize-money parity in some sporting events; and access to boys’ athletics. But with these appeals now putting sexually confused men in women’s sports, well, feminists’ cries are a tad different. Equality can be a real downer when it’s principle and not ploy.
As for my position, I’ve devoted more ink to combating the made-up sexual status (MUSS, usually called “transgender”) agenda than most any other writer. In fact, almost first in the field — and almost alone there — inveighing against MUSS ideology 10 years ago, I was criticized for political incorrectness by conservatives (some of whom now sing my tune). It thus may be surprising that I today say to MUSSmen athletes everywhere:
Best of luck to you, lads — may the best man win!
No, I’m not now seeking the Democrat presidential nomination, Biden-style (I’m using the wrong pronouns for that). It’s that, to use a twist on a quotation attributed to Abe Lincoln, “The best way to eliminate a bad law, or social law, is to apply it strictly.”
You see, I believe that anyone who wants equality should get equality — good and hard.

Governor Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.) just predicted that the national GOP is headed for the “waste bin of history” because our whole country is becoming like his Golden State. Now come new census estimates that may prove him a prophet: Texas, a must-win state for Republicans in presidential elections, is experiencing demographic change that will eventually turn it left.

He may preside over what one commentator has called “our first Third World state,” but that hasn’t stopped Governor Gavin Newsom from reveling is his own prediction that the whole country will become like his California. This isn’t surprising, though. The powermongers among us would, after all, rather reign in Hell than serve in Heaven.

Would you like unlimited free healthcare, including dental? How about gratis legal aid, self-beautification counseling, taxpayer-funded recreation that includes Zumba classes, and more?
Well, sorry, you’re out of luck unless you happen to be an illegal alien man claiming to be a woman. In that case, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has a facility just for you — it brags about it, too.
The place is Cibola County Correctional Center in Milan, New Mexico, west of Albuquerque; it has more than 400 detainees, 27 of whom are individuals of a Made-up Sexual Status (MUSS — “transgender” exists no more than does “trans-species”). They’re housed in a dedicated unit opened in 2017.
The unit’s existence makes clear that the feds are dedicated, too, just not to citizens.

Chalk one up for the deplorables. Imagine you’re victimized by a criminal who shoplifts from your store and who then, when you intervene, beats you with the help of two other men. Now imagine that though they end up pleading guilty and admitting you did no wrong, you’re targeted by their nearby college with defamation and for destruction. This is precisely what befell the owners of Gibson’s Bakery in Oberlin, Ohio. Yet this story has a happy ending (well, almost an ending): A jury has just awarded the Gibsons $44 million, to be paid by their tormentor, Oberlin College. (Five Gibsons are shown here with their attorney in the foreground.)
Gibson’s Bakery is a fifth-generation business established in 1885 and had long had contracts with the college. But this didn’t stop the institution of “higher learning” from taking the low road after the owner wouldn’t allow himself to be victimized by one of its students.

Your betters are at it again. This time it’s the philosopher kings who think boys can be girls striking a blow against supposedly “harmful” sex stereotypes by banning them in advertisements. Of course, many have asked who will judge what’s harmful, but a more fundamental question is ignored: Are so-called sex stereotypes really bad?

This could only happen in the age of “transgender” ideology. In Brazil, a woman and her lesbian partner removed her nine-year-old son’s penis, claiming that he “wanted to be a girl.” A year later they murdered him, with the mother stating that she hated her son because he reminded her of her father.
