• Missing Malcolm X Autobiography Chapter: White Man “Like a Cactus”

    Prejudice SignBy Selwyn Duke

An unpublished section of the autobiography of onetime racist and racial separatist Malcolm X (shown), along with rare documents written by noted plagiarist Alex Haley, have been sold at auction. The material by Malcolm X — whose mid-‘1960s renunciation of both “racism” and the Nation of Islam would inspire the latter to assassinate him — contains racial rhetoric that includes the line, “the white man is like a cactus.”

  • Expert: Democrats’ Huge Party Registration Lead Could Mean Nov. GOP Trouble

    Donkey-ElephantBy Selwyn Duke

Liberals may cheer while conservatives view it as a bit like Invasion of the Body Snatchers, but for sure is that Republicans are outnumbered on the political battlefield. In fact, the Democrats’ huge lead in party registration figures could spell trouble for the GOP in the fall, says an expert.

  • Mueller’s Indictment of Russians and the Indictment of Democrats

    Shell GameBy Selwyn Duke

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s team just indicted for election meddling 12 Russians, but are the latter the Dirty Dozen? Note that the film by that name was about 12 criminals who, though having checkered pasts, certainly brought to mind the proverb, "It's an ill wind that blows nobody good."

The Friday Mueller announcement amounts to what could be called vanity indictments. As Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz pointed out yesterday on Fox News’ The Story, Russia will never extradite the (allegedly) dirty dozen, which mean they’ll never be tried and that we likely won’t ever learn more about their complicity. Moreover, said Dershowitz, “This indictment proves that we never needed a special counsel. This indictment could have been brought by ordinary prosecutors, ordinary FBI agents; there’s no conflict here — it’s Russians they’re going after” (video below).

  • The Boston Poison Tea Party: City May Give Non-citizens Voting Rights

    Divided AmericaBy Selwyn Duke

America isn’t just for Americans anymore. That’s the message of Boston’s City Council, as it’s considering giving foreigners residing in the US the “right” to vote in municipal elections. It’s part of a growing movement that has already seen numerous localities throughout the nation grant legally present non-citizens ballot-box access.

Such a proposal would bring laughter (and perhaps sometimes violence) in Mexico and virtually any other country on Earth, but in the United States the joke’s on us.

  • Fact-checking? Facebook is Fiction-checking Conservative News and Calling It “Fake”

    Shell GameBy Selwyn Duke

You’re entitled to your own opinions. You’re not entitled to your own facts,” goes a saying attributed to liberal icon Daniel Patrick Moynihan. The liberals at Facebook may disagree, however: They’re confusing fiction with fact as they “fiction check” conservative sites into oblivion. A good example is a recent PJ Media article that was wrongly labeled fake news and then “deprioritized”; this is a euphemistic way of saying it was banished to Facebook Siberia, which is a colorful way of saying that the truth was buried and not seen by many readers.

The piece was written by Paula Bolyard and concerns a new California bill that would limit residents’ water usage to 55 gallons a day starting in 2022, a figure that would drop to 50 in 2030. Facebook used as a fact-checker AFP Canada, which claimed the article was a “mixture” of truth and falsehoods. Yet this claim that Bolyard peddled fake news is itself fake news.

  • The Democrats’ Dropping Mask: Now They Aim to End Free Speech

    552042_lowBy Selwyn Duke

With the Left now admitting that it wants to abolish ICE, eliminate borders, and institute socialism, one may wonder what’s next. Nixing First Amendment rights is what, with a college professor saying that free speech cannot be progressive, another stating that it “reinforces and amplifies injustice,” and other people insisting it reflects “white privilege.”

In fact, the New York Times has just advanced the anti-free-speech movement, claiming that “Conservatives [Have} Weaponized the First Amendment.” The paper informs that “liberals who once championed expansive First Amendment rights are now uneasy about them.”

  • Swedish Dental Expert Fined $50,000 for Exposing Adult Migrants Masquerading as Children

    Three MonkeysBy Selwyn Duke

See something, say nothing? This appears the message in Sweden, where politically-correct authorities may punish those who dare complain about the government’s culture-rending and crime-spiking importation of vast numbers of Muslim migrants. The latest example is a dental hygienist fined approximately $50,000 for revealing that some refugees claiming to be “children” are actually adults.

  • Democrats Descending Into Dangerous Radicalism

    Burning VanBy Selwyn Duke

“Yesterday’s radicalism is today’s moderation to us,” is the message of many Democrats. Just consider that some of their members have recently made extremist rabble-rouser Maxine Waters (shown) their party’s standard bearer, labeled avowed socialist senator Bernie Sanders a “neoliberal shill” and a “moderate,” and have called a race-card-playing NYC socialist who aims to abolish ICE “the future of our party.” It’s an extremist shift that, while reflecting a dangerous long-term descent into dystopia, may mean that the Democrats don’t have much of a near future (the midterms).

  • Harvard Prof Wants to Pack SCOTUS With Leftists, Says “Socialism Will Win!”

    552042_lowBy Selwyn Duke

The Left has been apoplectic over President Trump’s opportunity to fill the Supreme Court seat of retiring justice Anthony Kennedy. Filmmaker Michael Moore even proposed surrounding the US Capitol to prevent it. But now a Harvard professor has his own idea: The next time Democrats seize Congress, they should increase the number of justices to enable a liberal president to pack the SCOTUS with leftists. And he apparently thinks this is a move that will help socialism “to win.”

As Harvard Law School lecturer Ian Samuel put it on Twitter June 27: "Pack the courts as soon as we get the chance. 'Pack the courts' should be a phrase on par with 'abolish ICE.'”

The next day he elaborated: "If the Democratic Party wins the 2020 election, it will have won the most votes in 7 out of the 8 previous national elections. Adding six members to create a fifteen-member Court, which would still have 5 GOP-appointed members, is actually incredibly generous to the Republicans."

Note that this is entirely lawful. The Constitution doesn’t dictate a set number of SCOTUS justices; the figure is set statutorily by Congress.

Samuel then appeared on Fox News to defend his idea, a segment he ended with the rally cry “Socialism will win!”

  • Polish Official: “We Will Not Receive Even One Muslim” in Poland

    MuslimStarandCrescentBy Selwyn Duke

A sea change is occurring in Europe — and the continent may never be the same again. Whereas just some years ago immigrationism would not be questioned, the ice is now beyond broken: European nations are increasingly rebelling against globalist, culture-rending European Union migration policies. The latest example is a Polish official who, responding to an attempt at politically correct shaming, unabashedly told a British television host, “We will not receive even one Muslim, because this is what we promised…. This is why our government was elected, this is why Poland is so safe, this is why we have not had even one terror attack.”
