• Democrats Politicize Las Vegas before Blood Even Dry

    Ar15By Selwyn Duke

Before the blood was even dry in Las Vegas, Democrats coast to coast were pushing gun control. Hillary Clinton led the charge, finding time between fainting spells to tweet “Our grief isn't enough. We can and must put politics aside, stand up to the NRA, and work together to try to stop this from happening again.” (Translation: “Put your politics aside…and accept my politics! Oh, and my grief is never enough because I don’t feel any.”) But I guess, taking Rahm Emanuel’s counsel, leftists “never let a serious crisis go to waste.”

The waste, though, is that we’re even talking about this matter in a tragedy’s wake. But since the attacks have been launched, let’s discuss guns.

  • Dirty “Transgender” Secret: “Gender De-transitioning on Rise — but Goes Unreported

    Sex Symbols-ConfusionBy Selwyn Duke

Be careful what you wish for; you just may get it. This old warning apparently applies to the genital mutilation termed “gender-reassignment surgery,” as many “transgender” patients regret altering their bodies and seek to “de-transition” — and sometimes find political correctness can make doing so difficult

Stuff.co.nz writes of one physician’s experiences with this phenomenon, reporting that five years ago, “Professor Miroslav Djordjevic, the world-leading genital reconstructive surgeon, received a patient at his Belgrade clinic.… That was the first time Professor Djordjevic had ever been contacted to perform a so-called ‘reversal’ surgery. Over the next six months, another six people also approached him, similarly wanting to reverse their procedures. They came from countries all over the Western world … united by an acute sense of regret.”

  • DACA: Demanding Amnesty for Cultural Annihilation

    Banana RepublicBy Selwyn Duke

If the people won’t change the government, change the people.

Much like today’s United States, the Roman Empire was a polyglot, multicultural realm encompassing disparate peoples. Unlike us, Rome got that way via invasion — not through inviting one. But Rome did enjoy one advantage vis-à-vis preserving the empire: Its restless foreign subjects couldn’t vote. How long would Rome have lasted and its government remained “Roman” if they could have?

  • Killing Columbus: Seeking the “Undiscovery” of America

Columbus Landing in New WorldBy Selwyn Duke

That the victors write the history is also true in the wake of culture wars. Unfortunately, when those winners happen to be losers (intellectually and morally), the history they write may be your civilization’s last chapter.

Our current cultural revolution, which would do China’s Red Guards proud, has again kicked into high gear, with Confederate statues getting the Taliban treatment. Yet much as how forces winning battles and taking territory move on to the next campaign on Conquest Road, today’s cultural revolutionaries now have in the cross hairs even Founders such as Thomas Jefferson and the father of our nation, George Washington. Yet under withering direct assault currently is a “softer” target, Christopher Columbus.

In my birthplace, Yonkers, New York, a statue of the Italian explorer was recently vandalized; this was followed by similar incidents in the Big Apple borough of Queens and Manhattan’s  Central Park. A “community organizer” (no, not Barack Obama) — or, as they used to be called, an agitator — has proposed replacing a Columbus statue in St. Paul, Minnesota, with one of late pop star Prince and one chosen by the “Native Community.” Even more significantly, the city council in our country’s second-largest metropolis, Los Angeles, voted 14-1 on August 30 to replace Columbus Day with “Indigenous People’s Day.” If this keeps up, the rhyme we all learned as children will be changed to, “In 1492, Columbus assailed all that was good and true.”

But is this true? Who was Christopher Columbus? And, more significantly, what did he accomplish?

  • Sexual Revolutionary Hugh Hefner, Playboy Founder, Dead at 91

    Sex Symbols-ConfusionBy Selwyn Duke

His image was defined by silk pajamas and a smoking jacket — and the objectification of women. Hugh Hefner, the playboy who in 1953 founded Playboy magazine, died yesterday at age 91. He passed away at his home, the Playboy Mansion, reportedly of natural causes, Playboy Enterprises has announced.

The publisher is being remembered as a bold cultural revolutionary and savvy businessman, but the reaction to his death, as that to his life, tells us more about the masses and media than the man.

The reportage on his passing is rife with subtle fake news: Hefner is portrayed as helping unshackle us from “repressed,” conformist, priggish 1950s norms, with that decade’s characterization presented as assumed fact. Yet in a land of Lilliputians, a dwarf appears a giant; in a perverted time, proper morals appear prudishness.

  • NFL Not Protesting Trump, They’re Protesting America

    American EagleBy Selwyn Duke

It’s an interesting marketing approach: Insult the majority of the country.

Then give most of your fans a slap in the face.

This is precisely what the National Football League has been doing in pandering to its kneeling numbskulls, the overpaid athletes who’ve been “taking a knee” during the pre-game playing of the National Anthem. And now one of the country’s biggest talk-show hosts has said as much in a scathing monologue.

Pundit and raconteur Michael Savage opened his Monday show with a simple truth: The NFL players, coaches, and owners protesting during the Anthem aren’t attacking President Trump — they’re attacking America.

  • While NFL Kneels, Cop Investigated for Calling BLM “Terrorists”

    Divided AmericaBy Selwyn Duke

More than 200 NFL players knelt during the National Anthem at their Sunday games, showing disrespect for our flag and insulting millions of patriotic Americans. Meanwhile, a St. Louis cop who called Black Lives Matter “domestic terrorists” and the “Klan with a tan” in a Facebook post is being investigated by internal affairs.

  • Denmark: Thousands of Cases of “Low-tech Jihad” — Worst Situation Since WWII

    Burning VanBy Selwyn Duke

In Denmark, once one of the world’s safest countries, the army now has been deployed domestically. It’s part of an effort to combat “low-tech jihad,” thousands of “incidents involving loosened wheel bolts on cars, large rocks or cinder blocks thrown from highway overpasses, and thin steel wires strung across bicycle paths meant to decapitate unsuspecting cyclists, reports Dr. Nicolai Sennels, a Danish psychologist and writer.

Moreover, despite Denmark’s ultra-strict gun-control laws, gangs of immigrants from the MENAP countries (Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan) are randomly shooting people in the capital city of Copenhagen, Sennels further informs.

Sennels, who spent years working with Muslim youth in prison, claims that his nation itself is beginning to resemble a prison, with the rule of law breaking down and migrant gangs controlling some streets.

  • Rapper Hangs White Child in Video, Gets 7 Million YouTube Views

Rapper Hanging White ChildBy Selwyn Duke

It’s said there’s no such thing as bad press, and this certainly may be true if the case of criminal rapper Jahseh Onfroy is any indication.

Because a video he made in which he hangs a six-year-old white boy now has more than seven million views on YouTube.

  • When Will They Blow Up Mount Rushmore?

    552042_lowBy Selwyn Duke

The Taliban and Islamic state blow up ancient statues. Cambodia’s communist Khmer Rouge aimed to erase the past and start history anew with their “Year Zero.” As for our “devolutionaries,” when will they destroy Mt. Rushmore? Answer: when they have enough power.

There’s now a mad rush to tear down Confederate monuments and statues, with General Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson, Jefferson Davis, and even rank-and-file Confederate soldiers being victims. This occurs despite a healthy majority of Americans — including a plurality of blacks — believing the memorials should stand. Moreover, even more widely revered American figures are now in the cross hairs, with proposals to remove monuments to Founders such as George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. After all, they share the Confederates’ unpardonable sin: having been slave owners.
