Like everyone else, I receive many bulk emails. Some are nonsensical, some are banal, but then there are a few that are worth relating. The one that follows falls into that category. While I can’t be sure that all the events actually happened (how can one be?), it nevertheless makes some important points in a very powerful way.
It starts out:
